On this tour you can experience how the life was in Czechoslovakia during the communism era and cold war period. You will hear about history of communism, political prisoners, refugees, dissidents, terror, spies and propaganda lies, biggest statue of Stalin ever built in the world, communist secret police “STB”, Prague Spring, Russian invasion of 1968 and finally how it all ended during Velvet Revolution.

Great attraction during the tour will be visit in a real nuclear bunker from 1950’s – 16 meters and 4 floors deep for up to 5000 people – the biggest one in Prague. You will wear a gasmask and be treated with one free beer per person inside the bunker

Tour lasts approx. 2 hours and starts every day at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. from the meeting point in the centre - in front of Art Passage at the west side of the Old Town Square – 2 minutes on foot from Astronomical Clock.
